Asian Insights, Inc., organized in 1995 and started operating in March 18, 1996, has been providing consulting and corporate services  principally to non-Philippine companies wishing to invest in, organize businesses, or to avail themselves of tax and other investment incentives in the Philippines. It is a “one-stop shop” as the firm provides and coordinates strategic legal and tax planning, corporate housekeeping, tax and local permit compliance, management and preparation of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements in coordination with the law firm, Tam-Yap & Ilao Law Offices and the accounting firm, Tam-Yap Paor CPAs, both holding office within the company’s premises.

Asian Insights assists its clients in all aspects of the taxation process, from the processing of Bureau of Internal Revenue registrations as taxpayer, audit investigations, and the securing of tax.

Asian Insights assists local and foreign individuals and companies doing business or planning to invest in the Philippines, providing advice in coordination with counsel on applicable laws and regulations.

Property and Development Related Services

Provides real estate and property-development related services, such as assistance in the acquisition of land, the review and verification of titles, rights of way, easements, and water rights, the securing of national and local governmental permits for infrastructure and other projects, land registration, land use conversion, zoning, titling, compliance with regulations of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources, the Department of Agrarian Reform, and other governmental agencies

Organized in January 14, 2004 as the law firm assisting Asian Insights in its various infrastructure, land acquisition and energy projects. It has  been successful in securing several tax refund  of excess Value Added Input Tax and successfully litigated the refund of final withholding tax paid under protest.
